About Rudnik Pottery

Rudnik Pottery was established in Owensboro, Kentucky in 2009 as a small family operated pottery business. In 2013 we were forced to stop production and in 2014 moved to Wilmington, North Carolina. In Wilmington we opened and operated a shop out of The Artworks, a community of artists and studios through a successful crowdfunding campaign. In 2015 we began our move to our permanant home in Whiteville, North Carolina. We will be operating in a new studio/workshop on our property and continue the legacy of our family business.

As of December 2024, our products are in stock daily at Mercantile On Madison in Downtown Whiteville and will be available soon for online sale through the same establishment.

What We Do...

Rudnik Pottery concentrates mostly on mid-range fired Stoneware Pottery. Most items are meant for everday use and are designed to be a nod to art as a part of our everyday lives. We also do some woodworking, fiber art, framed design and illustration, artists tools and many other artistic gifts that are available year-round.

Local Gifts from MANY Sources...

We claim the name "& Gifts" because we like to build relationships and collaborate with other local artists. Keep an eye out for specialty work from other local artists and craftspeople in our store!

We frequent local artists who work in sewing, jewelry, crochet and knit, and many other media!
